Include dimensions in your message.
Specify the required size in millimetres, even if it is saved in your file. Tell us which dimensions matter for function and whether the object needs to fit another part. We assess the effects of simple scaling before quoting.
- Overall dimensions: width × depth × height
- Number of different parts and copies of each
- Important holes, joints or fitting surfaces
Colours and settings get a separate check.
If the model uses different colours or materials, describe your preferences or attach a reference image. Printer settings included in a 3MF file are not applied automatically. We review the model and prepare it for our Bambu Lab P2S. Suitability for AMS multicolour printing and the cost of colour changes are assessed individually.
Check permission to print the model.
You can send your own model or a link to one you have found, provided you have permission to commission a paid print. A free download alone does not establish that permission. Include the source and licence, or the creator’s permission, if the permitted use needs checking.
